Ep. 396: Retail Expert’s Top 10 Stock Picks

Talented-Blonde-Kristen-Bentz-Feature

Welcome back to Wall Street Unplugged!

My guess this week is long time friend, retail expert, and founder of The Talented Blonde, Kristen Bentz.

On this episode, Kristin and I discuss the death of department stores, the impact higher gasoline prices will have on retailers, why Target (TGT) will continue to outperform Wal-Mart (WMT), and how strong housing data will lead to further gains for Home Depot (HD).

Kristin also highlights several more of her favorite retail stocks to buy and sell. Some of the names she discusses include TJX Companies, Macy’s (M), JC Penney (JCP), Lowe’s (LOW) and several luxury brands that are now catering to the millennial generation.

As always, thanks for listening and good investing.
