James Altucher: An Alternative Way To Invest in Private Companies

Welcome back to another episode of Wall Street Unplugged!

James Altucher, best-selling author and former hedge fund manager, shows investors an easy and safe way to invest in private equity companies. He highlights the huge risks investing in this speculative market and how even the best investors lose money on most of these deals.

James then talks about the surging valuations in private technology companies.  He specifically breaks down fan favorite names like Uber and Airbnb.  These companies now have multi-billion dollar valuations.  However, James does not believe this market is in a bubble – at least not yet.

Finally, James talks about his brand new product called Altucher’s 1%.

James explains how he will tap his huge network of contacts and choose the top 1% of their best ideas.  And each month, he will share his new stock recommendation with subscribers.

As always, thanks for listening and good investing.
